At Trends 2013, experienced experts presented their insights. Michal Pruski from Comarch spoke about the adaptation of financial institutions to changing customer behaviour. Dr Darius Zumstein, web analytics expert, highlighted modern approaches to customer insight and Emanuel Bächtiger, Namics AG, presented the 360° Performance Dashboard from Siemens Building Technologies.


Michal Pruski is a long-standing expert in IT solutions for the financial sector. In his career, he has worked for major financial institutions in London, Frankfurt and Singapore, among others. Michal Pruski heads the Financial Services DACH division at the international IT service provider and bmpi partner Comarch.

Dr Darius Zumstein studied business administration at the University of Fribourg, where he completed his doctorate on the subject of web analytics at the Chair of Business Informatics. He gained valuable professional experience as an external web analytics consultant for BMW AG at FELD M and as a web analytics manager at the Scout24 Group and Kabel Deutschland. Since March 2013, he has been responsible for the eAnalytics of the health insurance company Sanitas. As an advisory board member of eMetrics and the Web Analytics Working Group, he is committed to networking and disseminating the discipline.

Emanuel Bächtiger works as a Digital Analytics Consultant at Namics AG and is responsible for the area of web analytics. He accompanies clients from the evaluation of a tool to the development of a strategic, monetary and cross-channel KPI framework.
