Tilmann Spohr is the owner of the company Xvisory, which offers consulting as well as software solutions for customer management. Most recently, he was Head of Marketing Private Banking and Chief Client Officer at Bank Sarasin. Spohr teaches as a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen and at the Swiss Finance Institute. Client reporting as a central element of the advisory process.
Dr Stefan Zeisberger is a senior assistant at the Institute of Banking and Finance, University of Zurich and an associate at Behavioural Finance Solutions GmbH. He dealt in depth with behavioural finance in various publications and his summa cum laude doctoral thesis.
Dr. Stefan Illmer is Managing Director of Illmer Investment Performance Consulting AG and has many years of experience in the areas of investment performance, investment reporting and investment controlling. Most recently, Stefan Illmer was Head of Investment Reporting Development at Credit Suisse.
