Credit Suisse Asset Management’s (CSAM) Scope magazine was published as a supplement in the Handelszeitung on December 16, 2021. One article describes CSAM’s “digital journey”, which began in 2017. But what does digitalization mean in concrete terms in CSAM’s case? In particular, the focus was on modern multi-channel reporting, which was developed by bmpi. The importance of portfolio reporting has increased with digitalization, as it opens up a wide range of possibilities in customer communication. We are proud to have been able to contribute our part to the “digital journey” and continue to be on the road together with CSAM.
