In December 2021, Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM) provided insights into its digital transformation since 2017 in Scope magazine, published together with Handelszeitung. Special attention was given to a contemporary multi-channel reporting developed by bmpi, which has reshaped client communication through comprehensive portfolio reporting in the age of digitalisation.

Credit Suisse Asset Management’s (CSAM) Scope magazine was published as a supplement in the Handelszeitung on 16 December 2021. One article describes CSAM’s “digital journey”, which began in 2017. But what does digitalisation mean in concrete terms in CSAM’s case? In particular, the focus was on modern multi-channel reporting, which was developed by bmpi. The importance of portfolio reporting has increased with digitalisation, as it opens up a wide range of possibilities in client communication. We are proud to have been able to play our part in the “digital journey” and to continue to travel together with CSAM.
